Panel Discussion at Global Management Seminar

I had the opportunity to join the panel discussion at Global Management Seminar “CAPTURING GROWTH IN THE ASEAN ECONOMIES,” hosted by Singapore Management University (SMU) and Cyest Corporation. 

Panelists discussed how Japanese companies can hire top talents in the growing ASEAN market, and qualities required for leaders at multinational enterprises. We also discussed strengths of Japanese companies and corporate culture they need to create in today’s international environment.
