Thank you for attending Senden Kaigi Seminar on “Driving Subscription Business” on Sep 10

On Tuesday Sep 10, Senden Kaigi held a seminar titled “Driving Subscription Business.” at the seminar room in Omote Sando. This is the second event of the seminar with the same title on June 6.

Like the June event, the morning session was a presentation by Mr. Atsushi Muroi, Creator and the Representative Director of Archicept city. In the afternoon, Masaru Yokoyama of Dentsu spoke on the theme of Understanding the Subscription Trend in Corporate Activities. I presented in the following session on “Practical Framework of Pricing, KPI and ROI.”

In my session attendees discussed value proposition of their subscription businesses. I received a number of practical questions about issues and problems in developing subscription businesses.
